Uninstalling from a dead computer

I recently lost a PC to Hurricane Irene.  I now wish to install Norton 360 on my new replacement PC.  However my account says I have reached my 3 PC limit.  How can I uninstall 360 when the PC in question does not work?

Thanks for the tip and sympathy.  I began a chat and in less than 20 minutes the entire issue was resolved.  New computer was running Norton 360 half an hour later.  A very pleasant way to end a somewhat stressful evening.

P.S. The only difficult thing about this whole process is trying to figure out those letters I need to type to post messages.
