Uninstalling iAntivirus

Hello, 

 

I am having trouble uninstalling iAntivirus on my Macbook Pro running Mac OS X 10.9.1.  I used a program called App Cleaner to uninstall iAntivirus and I see the file in my trash bin along with a folder titled com.symantec 20-39-35-567.iAntivirus,  When I try to empty trash to completely remove the program it says that the operation can't be completed because the item "com.symantec.iAntivirus.plist" is in use".  I thank you in advance for your help.
