Unquarantine the file for IDP.generic. How to do?

Norton has quarantine a file for IDP.generic and to buy stocks on this brokers site, I need to unquarantine the file. How to do?
Error Message --This feature requires access to public domain api.****.com which is blocked on your network. Please contact your network administrator.
My daughter is the network administrator. Her and myself have tried for two weeks to get rid of the error message. No luck.

What browser is being used?

What is the “feature” that you are referencing that is being quarantined? And do you have screenshots to share? What is being detected under your Norton history, under quarantine, would be great to review so we may see exactly what you are seeing.

Do you have an API key that is being used to access the public API services?
