Starting today, 3/30/2024, I keep receiving an Unsafe Site warning when using the Zillow app or Next Door app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. When I tap on "Unsafe Site," the Norton 360 app opens and says Unsafe for "app-analytics-services.com:443" We recommend you do not use this site. I am not receiving the warning for other apps. My wife also has an iPhone 12 Pro Max and is receiving the same Unsafe Site warnings. Here's what I've tried so far:
Updated iPhone IOS to the latest version
Deleted the Zillow and Next Door apps, then downloaded and reinstalled them
Turned off "Background App Refresh" for the apps
Even after trying these 3 changes, I am still receiving the same Unsafe Site warning for Zillow and Next Door apps. Is there really a security issue with Zillow and Next Door?
I am tapping on the "Unsafe Site" pop-up notification that appears shortly after opening the Zillow app. It opens the standard message in Norton 360 stating:
Unsafe X
app-analytics-services.com:443
We recommend you do not use this site
At the bottom of the screen it gives me an option to click on "Allow access to site."
It appears I'm experiencing the same issue as shown in the link you provided for the "Walgreens app returns app-analytics-services.com: 443" issue.
Where are you tapping on "Unsafe Site"? If it is in the Protection Report section of the 360 interface, that is reporting what protection Norton has provided by blocking that site.
The app analytics appears to be a service provided to app developers to track how users interact with the app, and whether or not there are any errors noted from that app.
