I'm new to this forum, so my apologies if this issue has been discussed before. I purchased this laptop in late 2008 and then bought and installed Norton Internet Security. In late 2009 my 1 year subscription was up and I renewed for a year. Late 2010 the same scenario repeated. At some point I was prompted to upgrade (for free) to Norton Internet Security 2010, which I did. I assumed that support was no longer available for the version I had, thus the free upgrade.
Today I renewed for another year of subscription, and I believed I was purchasing a "1 year subscription for up to 3 PCs", which was what I selected. Note no option was available for only 1 PC. But I thought, great, my sister recently purchased a new laptop and so I can install NIS 2010 on her laptop too, seeing as I'm buying protection for "up to 3 PCs". However, now I'm looking at my account page and see:
Licensed Installs- 1
Available Installs- None.
Shouldn't there be 2 left? Can anyone shed some light?
