my son just turned 18 and needs to upgrade his LifeLock subscription from "junior" to "standard". is there any instruction on how to do that? I'm unable to figure it out online and was looking for some support.

I had similar problems myself concerning LifeLock issues. Norton support said they were unable to handle anything related to LifeLock. After lots of wasted time and effort I was able to gain some answers by using the following telephone numbers. I do not know if they will work for you.
