Update Adobe Acrobat

Norton 360 Update urges me to update my Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous. When I attempt to do that, after several minutes of watching Norton 360 attempt to update Acrobat, I get an error message that the update failed. I've tried this several times with the same result. Can someone explain what is happening?Screen shot.jpg

Why not just fix it so the system operates as intended?

You should be able to exclude the program from Norton Software Updater scans.

How to Exclude Programs from Software Updater Scans

I have the same issue.  Software Updater says that Adobe Acrobat DC Continuous needs to be updated. Looking at the details Norton says that the current version is "0.0" and the latest version is "22.003.20282."  See attached.  Trust me, the latest version (22.003.20282) is installed on my machine.  Windows 10, 64 bit.

For whatever reason, Norton's Software Updater is not correctly reading the current version.

It is an annoying issue.  It negatively impacts user experience.  Norton should fix this issue instead of throwing daily pop-up messages trying to get me to buy add on services.

Try updating from the program itself.  Open Adobe Acrobat, Help > Check for updates.  Your image is too small to read the version of Adobe that Norton is showing, so I can't tell if that is the latest or not.
