The team has been working nonstop to resolve login, account setting and other recent issues that some users have been experiencing with Norton Family. Another fix was deployed tonight (Sunday, November 25) and all customers should now be able log into the website and modify settings. However, it may take up a few days for child activity logs to populate and for parents to see new activity.
Over this period, Norton Family users have remained protected from unwanted content based on any settings that had been previously set up through Norton Family.
