Update has killed "Norton File Insight"

Just had the update (with fancy new icon, etc).  The new update claims there are a host of "new" virus, on my computer, but when I tried to submit them through the "Norton File Insight" service, the option on my right click menu was gone.  Further, the option is no longer available in Quarantine File management either.  If I dig down into the last pop-up menu on individual file quarantine report windows, I can find a "report" option, but it crashed 360 premium, which windows can then restart successfully.

  1. Is anyone else seeing "Norton Files Insight" no longer being available on their right click menu?
  2. Same question for first window in Quarantine?
  3. Anyone else getting a load of false positives after update?**

** I run a full scan check every day before shutting down, so it was a suprise to have so many pop up.  I checked the files with two other AV vendor's on-line submission, both of which indicate the files are okay, ie: these are very probably false detection.  I attached a file of the virus scan results for good orders sake.

Spent nearly 3 hours with on-line support guy who kept reading the script that "the software is working perfectly" even when I showed him screen captures of all the error screens his own efforts produced. The guy was so paranoid about kicking it up to a supervisor, but it was obvious he was lying and had very little skills, completely reliant on script and "re-install" as his only solution.  No support request on this one, but if I don't vent this here, it's going to just kill my day and ruin my stress levels.
