I just found an invitation to update my NIS 2011's "Identity Safe"---inasmuch as I have found that the original program (NIS 2011) is using too much RAM on my PC and have to set it at Safe Mode, I am reluctant to update anything on the current program. Originally, it took 2 solid weeks of contacting Tech Support to enable me to run Live Update, etc..-----so----"if it ain't broke, don't fix it", I guess-----or not. Inviting suggestions, please.
