I keep getting emails, phone calls and texts to update my billing information. I have done that and my account has renewed for the next year. I checked my bank account and the money way taken out. I called tech support and they didn't see an issue on the account but I am still getting these notices all the time. So many that I feel harassed and am considering closing my account and looking for another solution. I literally just recommended this service to a customer of mine and now this starts happening. Please fix whatever bug this is. I think last year I might have signed up for a free trial period of Lifelock. I do not want that service but I mention it because maybe that is the thing that is messing up the account.
Maybe, check your Norton account Email Preferences
These are legitimate emails. They are coming from no-reply@email.norton.com. I noticed a new email saying that NortonLifelock has been updated. I think that was the issue. It came from no-reply@mylogin.norton.com.
