Hi,

can you please tell us the exact version of your Norton product?
1. Open the main window
2. Click on Help & Support -> About menu
3. On the About window find the version number (it will look like this: 5.1.0.29)

Also the error message that you receive when you run LiveUpdate.

When I shut down my PC there are ALWAYS 2 updates for installation. These appear to install and then my PC shuts down as required. This happens EVERY time a seek to shout down and cannot be correct. Help?
