Even though I updated my payment information and the funds were withdrawn from my account, the update message still appears in my app. Do I have to update this information every day? If you can’t monitor the client’s software status, how can you possibly track virus updates?
I’ve been a long-time customer of yours. But this raises doubts about using your software.
I was updating account info 3 times and forth time today. I Itired from letters about updating and won’t spent my time, in mine mind I;d like totaly refuse using Yuors programm and try get my money back .
How are you getting these messages? Popups, email? If emails, check that it is a legitimate Norton email.
I hope you went directly to your Norton Account to make the updates and did not click on any link in a popup or email.
