If you upgrade to a new version of norton after using a trial version of the new product. I suggest that you check your subscriptions carefully to ensure that the previous version has been deactivated. I upgraded to Delux in August 2015. Because I had done this after using the trial vesion of Delux the old account was not automatically deactivated. I contacted support regarding a refund of my old subscription and thought that it has been sorted out.
I now find that due to a breakdown in my original chat to the team regarding this that the original version had been left on automatic renewal and that the payment I thought had been taken to renew the new Delux version was in fact for the old version and that I now cannot get the full amount refunded

However I do feel that there should be some system put in place for upgrades as I find that I am too busy to keep checking all these things
