Upgrade issue

Hello,

Situation; I have been running Norton Internet Security since 2007 on an old VISTA pc. For some reason I tottaly forgot to upgrade Norton manually and even VISTA it self. Recently I got another Windows 7 pc and now I want to keep using Norton again.

Problem;  I have come to the conclusion that something went wrong in 2011 with the automatic renewal. This caused apprently that I don't have any service or watever in my Account overview. Due to this I cannot transfer Norton from the old pc to the "new" one. Last december the automatic payment went oke and I do have again for the whole 2015 Norton on my old VISTA pc. In the mean time many Norton upgrades have taken place so I do understand it will not be easy

Nothing is working, 

  • the invoice of 2011 is giving an error (obviously) 
  • no services nor products in my account
  • I cannot "unlock" Norton from the old computer because that is not registered
  • I even installed a trail version and then tried to upgrade but also not possible ) this IS visible in my account

Question; How do I get my already paid version to this new computer AND how can I update my account. The later is probally the most important.
