Upgrade my PC

Hello

I have NIS 2010 installed now(all 3 licenses is used)

I am to upgrade my PC (new motherboard,CPU memory)

 

how do I do with NIS?

Is only to install and give same serial number again?

How do I save my logins or export /import them ?
