My child has two computers--one DESKTOP and one NOTEBOOK.
Both run Windows XP and both had NOF installed and working prior to latest update.
I have updated the NOTEBOOK but the DESKTOP is broken and down for an indeterminate period of time and cannot be upgraded at this time.
How do I turn off the following message that I receive everytime I log into the NOF Portal or click a tab on the MANAGE ACTIVITY page?
Upgrade Norton Family!
The following devices are running an older version of Norton Family. Please upgrade
to the latest version to keep Norton Family running properly.
I obviously cannot upgrade until the computer is up and running again. Can you add a DON'T SHOW THIS ALERT AGAIN option?
