Hello mar915,
What upgrade were you offered?
What were you running - Norton Antivirus or Norton Internet Security?
I have 2008 anti virus for one user.
[edit: removed accepted solution marked in error.]
The offer was as a Norton subscriber you are entitled to an upgrade of interent securtiy 2008. I know realize that the email was probably from a different computer, but can I reload the anti virus 2008 for one computer back on it.
I am not familiar with the upgrade that you may have been offered, so it would be best to contact Norton customer support via chat.
Hi mar915,
You should be able to use the product key for NAV 2008 for NAV 2009 as well. It should give you the remaining number of days left on your subscription.

I would use the new license key only on the last day otherwise you will loose some days
Or maybe upgrade to NIS 2009 since itis now out. I know that I had a trial version of 2006 or 2007 and it wasn’t that great. But if they improved with 2008 then I imagine 2009 is even better. I’m thinking of upgrading to that
