And don't forget it will not be NIS 2014 .... it will be NIS ...... with a version ID beginning with 21 .....

 

Nor would I expect it to appear at any specific time of year, althought I have no inside information on that but one advantage of dropping the date as part of the name is that it doesn't seem out of date once the calendar year changes ......

 

I think Microsoft learned that with Windows 2000 ! It seemed a good idea at the time ....
