360v2 (2.4.0.4) and Add-on Pack (2.1.0.55)
I just upgraded.
I use Outlook 2002 and have two profiles. Normally when I open Outlook I have to select which profile to use. Everything works fine for a while and then I'll notice that I haven't received any new email. When I hit Send/Receive I get an error message: The operation failed. An object could not be found. If I close Outlook and reopen, it opens in the In-boxf the profile I was in but still won't Send or Receive.
If I reboot, everything seems to work fine for both profiles for a few hours and then it locks up again.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Hi FrankNC,
I'm not sure if you've already done this, but it might be a good idea to get in touch with our Customer Support team to troubleshoot the problem. With the chat service, they can access your system directly to find the cause of the problem. You can access the chat feature through the Help & Support section of Norton 360 v2, or from the below link:

I apologize if you've already tried this option; I didn't notice it in your post. If you weren't able to get an help from our customer support, we may need to know some more information. Which operating system are you using, and service pack? Why do you think this is related to Norton 360 being installed? Thanks!
