Upgrading from Norton/LifeLock to Norton/LifeLock Advantage problem

Detailed description: I am trying to take advantage of an upgrade to LifeLock. I recently received an offer from Norton to upgrade my current Norton/Lifelock Select to Norton/LifeLock Advantage. When I enter all the payment information and click the “Agree and pay now” box, it acts like it’s going through, but then I get an error page that states: We’re sorry. Something has gone wrong on our end.
