Upgrading OS from Vista to Windows 7

I am upgrading to Win 7 from Vista because Flash is no longer supported in 64 bit vista.  Will I have to buy a new version of 360 or will it automatically upgrade for me? My subscription is current until Nov.  I have 3 PC's that are currently running 360 but only 1 will be upgraded.
