I bought secure VPN for my iPhone and would now like to add this programme to my MacBook Pro, my wife's iPhone and her MacBook Air. Can I upgrade from a single device use to 4/5 devices without losing my ongoing 11 months package? If I only had a month to run it would not be an issue, only I have JUST recently renewed.

I tried what you suggested, but still am getting the same error message when I try to install Norton 360 5.0. When it says it needs to do a compatibility check, it still tells me I need to install "Symantec AntiVirus Central Quarantine". Again I click on install and still get the error message. I can't proceed in installing 5.0 until I get past this point, and it isn't letting me. Any more suggestions?
If you purchased the VPN from the Apple Store, you would need to request a refund for that purchase. You have 60 days to request refunds. Then make your purchase from Norton for a multi user subscription that will allow you to install on all your devices.
As SoulAsylum notes, Support should be able to guide you through that process.
