URGENT!!! Authentication failure on Win 7 client

Hi,

 

I have 2 Win 7 PC's with the same problem:

 

When I upgraded to the latest version, I'm getting

 

Authentication failed. Verify your email address, password, and Internet connection, and then try again.

 

... right after the install completes. The email and password are both correct, because I am able to sign in to the Web portal with the same email and password.

 

Please help. The kids will be here in the computer lab Monday morning and I need this to work.
