URGENT! "Unavailable" message

HELP!!  Tonight I tried to access my Norton Internet Security and received the following message, "The item you selected is unavailable.   It might have been moved, renamed, or removed.  Do you want to temove it from the list".  What happened?  How can I fix it ASAP?  

It has been sooo frustrating attempting to directly contact Symantec or Norton, without navigating thru multiple menu options, in my effort to find out what has gone wrong. 

I am worried about "invasions" while this is disabled.  Help me, please.
