I followed a discussion on this matter from May of 2010. The suggestion was to turn off Norton 360 and to follow through with some other steps. the steps to follow were:
1. Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services and Stopped Norton 360
2. Used the Device Manager and deleted my MP3 players driver
3. Disconnected then reconnected my MP3 player and a new driver installed
4. Restared Norton 360
5. Everything Works!
I cannot complete the first step, as i do not have the option to "stop" Norton. Any suggestions?
