Use new product key

How can I extend my subscription for Norton 360 Deluxe with a key both with a dealer?
My existing License is still valid for 13 days.
The only way I find is to extend the license offered buying a new subscription with Norton themselves online. There is no option to enter a new license key and simple prolong the account installed.
The way mention in the online help does not fit in the menu I have. The steps do not comply with my Norton menu.

Is the only way, if you do not buy with Norton themselves, to uninstall the program and to start a new account.
Why can’t you simple use the existing account and enter a new key you already have to extend for a new period?
How simple should it be?

As you note, there is no way for a customer to extend an existing subscription with a product key purchase from a third party.

There are two options. First is to wait until you have only one day remaining and then enter the new product key. Second is to contact Norton Support and ask them to add the time from the new product key to your existing subscription.

If using the chat function as soon as you can enter information enter “agent please” to get connected to a human.

Understood, but extending the account in use only if you buy with Norton is not very customer orientated.
Buying a key with Dealers saves you about 30% from the “special Price” Norton is offering their customers.
