User Account and NAV2008

Use Vista Home Premium OS with Vista Service pack 1 and NAV2008 with current updated defs

I run on my computer as a user account and not admin account through my Vista set up

Does NAV2008 have some sort of user account function?

If so, has there been recent changes?

In the past, whenever I would need to download something, the user access control box would pop up asking to enter the admin password in the box  and then run the download. In the past several weeks I am not able to do this. Instead I get the user access control box asking for the admin password. After I enter it I get a message that says

"you do not have the necessary user permission to download (or update as the case may be) this program. Please contact your system administrator for more information"

This message does not appear to be coming from Windows or Norton, but the site itself. So far it has happened on two sites

bigfish.com and either real.com (or realplayer.com) so they are not related site (bigfish and real I mean)

I'm concerned is this some sort of attempt at malice to get me to log on as admin, so that damage could be done? The message never says you must log on as admin. I would think if it were malicious that it would instruct one to log on as admin. I was able to download flash player on 2/3/09 without any hassle or having to log in as admin ( i think it may have done the ask for admin password though)

anybody experiencing this besides me?
