I've noticed on a couple of occasions that at the close of the previous session, when I've powered the computer down, the Norton log records that 'no user is logged in' at the time I shut down, but that a few seconds later 'user logged in' appears and then 'no user is logged in' about a second later. This only seems to happen at shut-down, and not during a session. Scans are clear, the computer appears to be working normally.
My understanding is that this refers to the firewall. I use a wired system. Is this something I need to investigate further? Or is it just a manifestation of normal operative procedure? Any help or advice would be gratefully received.
