Just reading the "Guru status" Thread, which Allen Locked for obvious reasons. I just wanted to say that the Gurus and everyone else does a really good job and I am glad this Community was started up by symantec. We have a Forum with lots of good people willing to help - such as myself. I have been here for quite a while, and I like seeing Users happy with getting their Issue Solved.
If anyone has got any way I can Improve my Support to Customers, please feel free to give me a P.M.!
Oh! And once all the Issues are sorted out in Forum, then it will be even better!
