Using ghost 15 to copy c drive to replacement drive

I have an HP laptop with 2 hard drives. A small drive with both the C drive (windows 7 OS) and the H drive(HP recovery drive). And a larger partioned Data hard drive. I wish to copy the smaller drive image to a larger new replacement hard drive. I have a recent Ghost recovery point with both the C and H drives and I have the original Norton Ghost 15 install disk. Physically replacing the drive is not an issue.

My question:

I'm not sure how to go about moving the C (OS) drive image to the new drive.

1)Do I remove the Data Hard drive and replace it with the new drive then copy the C and H partitions using the ghost drive copy utility. Then swap out the C hard drives and reinstall the Data hard drive?

2)Or do I change out the C drive for the replacement drive and then use the Norton Install Disk to recover the C and H drive image to the new replacement drive?

3)Or ?????

Any help is appreciated.
