I have been using Identity safe for some time and had no issues with it. Lately when I open a page that requires a user name and password it used to open a dialogue box towards the top of IE and i could enter my identity safe password and then It would fill them in on the web page. Now after i enter my password a few seconds will pass and another dialogue box will appear requiring my identity safe password again. When i enter it a second time then the information will appera on the web page.
Any Suggestions.

You may have Identity Safe configured to ask for your password every time you visit a page with autofill enabled. So what is happening is that it is requiring you to first enter your password to log into Identity Safe, and then it is requiring the password again to autofill the form on the page. You can change this by going into Identity Safe Settings (click the arrow next to the word "Norton" on the Norton Toolbar). Click "Configure[+]" on the line for "Identity Safe Password & Security." I believe your current setting may be "Ask for my password before filling out a Log-in." If so, select instead "Ask for my password at the beginning of each Login session," and that should set Identity Safe to autofill all forms automatically once you are logged into the program.
