My work computer was recycled and reimaged. I have a new computer how do I use my old license for the new computer as I had to replace the one from work. Is it possible without purchasing a new license
I had same problem and the Norton phone support fixed it.
If you are the licencee for the version on the PC then as said you can ask the Norton OnLine Customer Support to liberate the used activation and then you can use it on the new PC. If you are not the licencee then that person has to do it.
