Using NovaStor Backup with Norton AV

I use NovaStor Backup on my Laptop. I run a backup and then it runs a verify on the backup files which have been backed up. However, after the backup I look in the event log (windows 10) and I have about 17000 error messages that are created by NovaStor backup. I was advised by NovaStor support to exclude certain files within Norton AV. I have done this but the errors still occur. The only way to stop the errors happening is to temp disable Norton AV while the backup & verify is running.

GStringer. Please tell us whether you own a Norton Core router or not. If not this is in the incorrect forum and we will then mark it to be moved to the appropriate one for better exposure.

Can you tell us what the errors are? When you say Norton AV, are you talking about Norton Core the router or a device that you have Norton AV installed on?
