I bought a 3-user subscription for my one computer and was told that at the end of the first year, I could download one of the remaining installations instead of paying to renew. My first year ends in 3 days. I went to my account site, followed instructions for downloading and installing, and everything seemed to go right. HOwever, I don't think anything was installed. I still have only 3 days left and my account page still shows 2 installs left. I and the tech guy at the store where I bought this have spent hours following dead-end trails around Norton's $#%$-forsaken website, with no positive result.
Can anyone help me?
