No matter if I REFRESH or RESTART after running Clean Your Disks/Browsers, Norton Utilities 14 erratically drops all my saved cookies. This is random. They will remain saved and checkmarked for multple cleaning and then for no reason I can see, after running a cleaning, all my checked saved cookies are gone. ASny help would be greatly appreciated, this was one of the big selling points for me with this product. I have had tech support using remote acess work on this three times, with no results. The first two times the techs had to be shown how the function worked, and the third time the tech experimented clicking different boxes before getting it to run, but none of them were able to give me a solution.
