I purchased Norton mobile security for my android (Sony z3 mini) 2 days ago. worked fine, till today. The app prompted me to download an update, which I did. It then cane up with an error transferring data? (quit or retry). Quitting clears the screen for about 10 minutes, before the error message reappears. Retrying does nothing, apart from getting the same message over and over.
I now have 2 icons showing - the original one (with 365 days subscription left), plus the newer one, calling itself Norton mobile.
I’ve uninstalled, and reinstalled, but it keeps going through the same circle.
What’s happening?
Can you offer a way around this?
