Emails from one specific address are almost exclusively ending up in the spam folder, marked as [Norton AntiSpam]. This is happening to myself and my colleagues, but the trick is - these are from our boss. And prior to yesterday this was not happening, but it's now happening on all our computers.
We've all marked her emails as not spam and made sure her email address is on the allowed list, but it keeps happening. This does not happen with any other emails.
We're using combinations of XP, Win 7 and Outlooks 2003, 2007 and 2010.

Welcome,
Just a couple of thoughts. Are you sure that the boss' computer hasn't got a problem? In the past have the emails had everybody listed in the 'To:' section? I've run into a few places where this causes problems on servers as well as workstations. If possible have the boss create a distribution list or put all of the names in the 'BCC:' section. Those tricks have helped reduce the problem.
Let us know, we'll leave a light on
