My Norton opening page changed a few days ago. I am used to going to Password Manager in the listings for each feature of Norton 360 and clicking Open but now the button says Set Up. When I click that, nothing happens. How do I get to the Vault? I have the password for it but no place to enter it now. My status says Active and my renewal date is 2024. I'm using Windows 11 and Microsoft Edge browser. Other items like Smart Scan are working OK. Secure VPN is not turned on but I have never used it for my home WIFI that is password protected. Thanks.

JCC1_ I thought, normally, when it requests 'Set Up' does it then request that you need to log into into your Norton Account first? Very rarely, Norton logs you out of your account thereby you need to sign back in but there will be a prompt to do that. When you say the opening page has changed, do you have default set to 'MyNorton' or 'Classic'. 'MyNorton' should have an Access Vault button, Classic view 'Internet Security' takes to another page, first item being Password Manager. Referring to BJM_'s post, when you open Edge, is the Norton Password Manager button showing in top bar to the right below tabs bar, if not extension not loaded or disabled.

Re-reading your opening post. I'm unsure whether you're trying to access your vault from My Norton.

Please confirm Norton Password Manager extension is installed/enabled in Edge.
Please check for Edge update.
Please check for Norton Password Manager update.
Please run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine.
Please check for Windows Updates available/pending?
Are you running Norton Password Manager from Microsoft store or Chrome store?
