Vault Issues

Can anyone please help me? My installation of Norton 360 upgraded recently, and when I next logged into my Vault I was prompted to create a new password, so I put in my existing one expecting it to realise and update with my data in the cloud. When I log in to the cloud I have no logins (I've added 4). I still (fingers crossed) got the 106 logins on my iOS devices... Why is this happening??? Can anyone help me - how do I sync from my iOS device to my identity safe in the cloud and then to my desktop machine???
