It would appear if I do a clean install on a PC, then install NIS 2013, that I can't create a local account in the Vault any more. I had to first install NIS 2012, create my local accounts, then upgrade to NIS 2013. This is a real backward step if this is the case!
Personally, I do not trust a third party to hold all my passwords and other personal information on their servers, no matter how safe they claim their security to be. If you are listening Norton, can you please re-instate the option to easily create local accounts with Vault.
If anybody knows of a way of creating local accounts without having to faff about installing NIS 2012 first it would be much appreciated if you could share it.
