Verfication Fails Multiple Times

I've attempated many times to verify the website at:  http://www.pelletstoveparts.biz without any success.  Have uploaded the HTML file as well as included the meta tag on the home page.  No dice.  Can someone assist me with verifying the website?  I have to admit, it's a bit frustrating these days to have to constantly be verifying websites with more than one vendor (i.e. Google, Norton, etc.).
