Hi!

I have a problem with the website http://kindexblog.org verification.

I added website to Norton Safe Web, uploaded verification file, and it's ok: https://kindexblog.org/nortonsw_175a47f0-41c9-0.html

I don't have access to the website homepage to add meta tag, so, I heed help with that please.

I am trying to do the website owner verification for indigoniche.com but it is failing. I have uploaded the .html file that I downloaded from the profile page but when I click verify I get an error message.

 

Could you please let me know what the issue is.

Thank you for information, I contacted WebPulse and they changed category, what's next? Verification is still failed.

Hopefully they will fix the automatic verify system again, but I don't know when yet. In the meantime I would suggest the automatic way to see if it works. I don't know if I can get a stickie Announcement put on top of this Board when it is fixed. If I can get an Announcement up there, then everyone could just pop into the Forum and check out the Announcements. But first they have to fix the automatic verify system. If it doesn't work with one browser, it won't work for any, unless your browser is broken..

Ok I will but I still have a problem.  How can we get websites verified without having to request a manual review?  The verification system is broken.  The Meta tags and the file were both in place and I couldn't verify either site using multiple browsers.
