Verizon.net access to AOL email server

AOL is the email service provider for Verizon using Verizon.net emails.

The AOL login username and password has been verified by logging on to AOL directly via Microsoft Edge and accessing emails

AOL email server requires settings:

POP3     Incoming mail server: pop.verizon.net, SSL and port 995

                Outgoing mail server: smtp.verizon.net, SSL and Port 465

It looks like Norton 360 does not support SSL – correct?

What is the solution to get AOL emails on Windows 10 and Microsoft office 2013 Outlook?

Hello. Norton indeed DOES NOT support SSL. In Outlook you will need an "app specific" password when you setup the account. This is the scenario I use with Verizon and Outlook.
