All: Please read my post in another thread concerning the same issue as here. Even a drive that already contains a Norton Backup directory with a backup set is not detected. Hope that clarifies the issue a bit further. Support is missing the mark with confusing local drives ( internal ) with cache from cloud once full, with external drives.
