Hello. What region are you in? The release is a phased one per the release announcement. I’m not sure that Windows 7 is supported but, Windows 10 /11 users are being offered via live updates. With all the issues this version has I’m sure it will be some time before its released globally.
FWIW, my wife and I each have our own Norton 360 account and Windows 10 PC. Her computer has received the new Norton version, and mine hasn’t. (For the lawyers out there: Yes, we do live in the same house. )
As long as I know it is a phased release, I am good to go. I have Windows 10, no longer have Windows 7. I’m going to wait until they auto update if any as I would like all these problems to be worked out if possible. I’m sure I will receive it soon enough. Thanks for your reply!
I’m sure we will receive it soon enough and I’m not going to manually run live update at this time just to make sure by the time I receive it most of the kinks will be worked out. Thanks for your reply.
Yeah, based on what I’ve been reading about it here, I’m not in any hurry either. Like you said, maybe by the time our turn arrives to get v24, they’ll have fixed most of it.
Same here, first arrived on Windows 11 computer on 30th September, had problems with the self install, had to remove & install afresh to work OK. Laptop still on Windows 8.1 has still not received update as of a coup[le of days ago. We have to wait our turn, many issues are very slowly being resolved, but quite a number still outstanding & more probably to surface.
