VPN updated itself yesterday. I used to be able to select many different locations, now there are none. Change Location box is greyed out.
I hope this is a bug!

Had the same issue. Settings >> Troubleshooting >> Repair Norton, and it’s gone! Problem solved!

Hello! I did the same thing you did and it fixed it until the next day when I started up my computer it was back to doing the same thing at not being able to select a location.
Yes I have to re-run the installer every time I startup the pc!
Just repaired it - I did spend over an hour with one of Norton’s technicians this morning who reinstalled Norton 360 Deluxe for me … it worked until I restarted my PC … I’ll see tomorrow if the “repair” fix still works
With my laptop, with wifi I don’t have the same problem. The VPN is normal. Odd.
I did a repair again and it lasted for 2 days and this morning it was right back at no locations available. This is clearly a bug and and needs to be fixed.

same here, no more option to change location. fix this bug please, or the VPN subscription become useless
Well everything worked for a couple of days but now the P2P option has stopped working again. Fix please!!!
