Anyone know why when I click on "view all backup sets online" using both Chrome and Edge the Norton page loads but is blank?
FWIW ~ View All Backup Sets Online okay, for me, with Norton Secure VPN On.
~ my Sign In had to satisfy Security Check with Norton Secure VPN On....but, View All Backup Sets Online was okay.

Not sure why you have duplicate files. You might have to check your hard drive to see if they might have gotten saved to temporary locations.
Ahhh, VPN was the issue-thank you. I wanted to check my music backup from itunes-why are all the songs either listed two or three times any idea? I have alot of customer playlists and my computer has crashed.
Your image is exactly what I see when I try to access my backup sets with my AdBlock Plus extension enabled. I have to disable AdBlock Plus for a number of Norton web pages to function correctly.
Are you using a VPN while trying to access the Norton web page? There have been some reports of the VPN blocking some content.
Have you tried Sign Out at Norton main window and tried Sign In at 'my.norton.com'?
Have you tried to 'View Backup Sets' from 'my.norton.com'?
'View All Backup Sets Online' okay for me - Chrome.
Maybe, try Restart machine (not Shut down).
