I am using VIP Access for two-factor authentication. I have VIP Access clients on desktop and Samsung Galaxy S5 Android mobile phone. I have an issue with the VIP Access app on the Android phone where the security code will change to '000000' and will remain that way until i restart the phone. This issue occurs about once a week - i have been able to find a correlation with any other activity on the phone. I have tried to reinstall the VIP app and still have the same issue. I also tried to delete the app data but this just changed the credential id and i had to reregister the device.
Thank you - i installed 3.1.2 a few days ago. Went to store and found 3.1.3 which i think was just released today. Will give it a try and let you know
@snowcamp
Check the Google Play Store for an update to the VIP Access app. I just found an update that specifically mentions it fixes this zeros issue on some Samsung devices.
If you can, install this update and let us know if it solves your issue.

snowcamp tried this already. Noted in the last sentence of the OP.
Try going to application manager > VIP Access > Storage > Clear Data & Clear Cache.
This may clear your credential ID, so once you re-open the app you might see a new Credential ID.
Hope this helps.
