Virtual Half Open Limited Patcher TCP-Z v2.5 Flagged as Rootkit Hack by Norton Internet Security

This well known fix to uncap TCP-IP on Windows XP/2000 machines located at http://deepxw.blogspot.com/2009/01/tcp-z-center.html  is notorious for being flagged by various antivirus as malware but I have always been able to successfully add it to an exception list.  Since loading Comcast's version of Norton Internet Security persistantly flags the virtual driver even though I've added the driver's directory to the exception list.

Anyone successfully have this running successfully on their 32-bit XP system?
